The Blue Plaque commemorating Lieutenant Richard Douglas Sandford VC was unveiled on 24 September 2016 at 15 Cathedral Close, the Cathedral School, where he was born.

Hugo Bugg, the Exeter-based landscape gardener who in 2014 was Chelsea Flower Show's youngest gold medal winner, has unveiled our latest blue plaque to the Victorian nurseryman and horticulturist, Robert Tosswill Veitch.

A blue plaque to the innovative Exeter born engineer Harry Weslake (1897-1978) whose designs gave more power to motor car, motorbike and aero engines was unveiled on 20 April 2016.
